Check all gas appliances ( Cooker / Fridge / Hot water ) + 30 min room test
Check the heating system operation
Check the 240V electrical system & 12v System + Full battery testing
Check water pumps and systems
Carry out a full water ingress report (Damp Report)
Oil door,hinges & locker doors
